St. Petersburg State Enterprise "St. Petersburg Information and Analytical Centre" is actively developing international connections, initiating and participating in implementing of international projects and programmes as a partner. A number of methodological and practical projects in the field of developing information and communication technologies is implemented together with the South-Eastern region of Finland, countries of Europe, Israel.
The list of the projects which SPb IAC has taken part in as follows:
- TACIS project "Concept of Finnish-Russian Technology Center in Saint-Petersburg" (2006-2008);
- TACIS project "Cross-border ICT Business Bridge" (2007-2009);
- TACIS project "Two-Model Open Innovation Platform" (TMOIPA) (2008-2009);
- "Development of Internet Based Interactive Government to Business Services in the Northwest Russia" (2005-2007);
- "eCitizen" (2005-2007);
- "Development of intellectual property protection system in Saint-Petersburg" (2005-2007).
SPb IAC is one of the founders of non-commercial partnership «Euro-Russian Partnership on innovations to be developed in the sphere of information and communication technologies». The InnoPartnership has been established to build more advantageous conditions for Russian and foreign organizations to cooperate in the sphere of business and innovations. The Partnership activity intends to study, evaluate and implement initiatives in the field of innovations in the city structures practical work.
